Here at Hold upon Heart, we want to make the creation of your fingerprint charm as easy as possible for you. Obviously we need some input from you, our lovely customers, but only from your finger and popping your mould in the post!

Here is a brief step by step guide on how to create your unique fingerprint charm:

• Once you have placed your order on our website, we will send you a fingerprint making kit within 24 hours. This kit will contain 2 pots of putty, one white and one blue along with an order summary, full instructions and a reply form.

It's a sad truth that a lot of our customers come to us at a time of loss, looking for a way to create memorial jewellery to keep in remembrance of a loved one.

When you find yourself in situations like this, time is usually of the essence, so most of our customers order a fingerprint or handprint kit on its own so they can take the prints, and then return later to order their memorial jewellery. We have quite a few fingerprint butterfly necklaces at Hold upon Heart, a fair few handprint butterflies too. The thing is, my mum loves butterflies, so I design pieces for her for Christmas and birthday presents, and then decide that other people might like them too! Read more....

Yay! I love Christmas,as a child I would go to sleep all year with Christmas songs playing on a sony tape player under my pillow. Fast-forward a fair few years and the tape player (and indeed, tapes) have gone, but I still get that festive feeling the moment things start to feel a wee bit autumnal. Jeff on the other hand is more of the Scrooge persuasion and if he had his way, there wouldn't be a single bauble in the house until the 24th of December!
