Shipping policy

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges vary according to the total cart cost, all available shipping options will be shown when checking out. Orders over £50 will be sent via a tracked service requiring a signature upon receipt. At present we are able to deliver to the U.K. (including Northern Ireland), the USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU and Ireland.

KIT DELIVERY

If a print kit or ashes collection kit is required, it will be dispatched by first class post and should arrive within 3-4 working days. Please allow longer for delivery if ordering from overseas.

MAKING TIME

Our jewellery is hand made to order by talented goldsmith Melanie, who has dedicated more than a decade to the design and creation of memorial and fingerprint jewellery. The making time for each product is stated on the Delivery tab of the product page. This making time is our best estimate only and can vary according to workload. At peak gifting times especially, we may need a little longer to make and dispatch your order. If are hoping to receive your order for a specific date close to the estimated making time, then please let us know using the Order Notes box when placing your order. Wherever possible, we will do our very best to help.

Our Making Time is calculated from when we have all information required to begin work on your order, such as your prints, ashes, and personalisation request, not from the date the order is placed. If you are unsure of the making time needed for an item please feel free to ask us at studio@holduponheart.co.uk.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once your order is made and ready to dispatch we will e-mail to let you know it's on its way. UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail and most deliveries require a signature on receipt. Generally you should allow up to 3 working days for delivery of your order, from the date you are notified of dispatch. If you wish to receive your item by a guaranteed date then you should select Special Delivery as your shipping option at checkout, and you should also let us know of the need by date in the Order Notes section when placing your order. 

If you are out when the postman calls, a card will be left explaining how to easily re-arrange your delivery online, or how you can collect in person from your local sorting office. 

International orders will be sent either by Royal Mail or Courier - whichever is appropriate. International delivery times vary according to country, so if timing is important, please contact us before making your order to ensure we can meet your delivery requirements.
