Precious metal prices are at an all time high, for both gold and silver, presenting a challenge for jewellers globally. A lot of our jewellery is relatively heavy-weight which is why our gold prices may make take you by surprise. We have however recently introduced a collection of lighter-weight designs which offer a more affordable way to wear solid gold.

Nearly all of our designs can be made in solid gold. Most listings already have a gold option priced. Some listings, usually for larger or more complex pieces, will ask you to contact us for a quote. If a listing is only available in silver this will be clear in the "Need to Know" section of the product listing.

Most listings have a dropdown list where you can choose your precious metal. For lrger pieces we ask you get in touch for an up to date quote.

Yes. All 9ct and 18ct gold pieces are hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office to verify purity, as required by law.

You can send a clear photograph or scan, or request one of our easy-to-use home kits.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.
We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.
For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included. To ensure the ashes reach us safely, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending memorial ashes.

Whilst we do not offer this as standard, we can certainly arrange for any item of our silver jewellery to be gold plated for you, at additional cost.
Gold plating, or Gold Vermeil, is a more affordable wy to obtain the warmth of gold. However plating is only a surface finish, so if you intend to wear your jewellery daily, it will inevitably wear and require re-plating.
