Our beautifully tactile Memorial Ashes Heart Pebble charm is individually made in the UK from sterling silver or solid gold. Thoughtfully created to hold your loved one’s precious ashes, this delicate piece offers a discreet and meaningful way to keep them close to your heart.

A short personalised message can be engraved on the reverse — including your own handwriting for an even more personal touch. Available with a choice of fittings and chains, so the charm can be added to your own jewellery or worn as a cherished keepsake close to your heart.

Please note: Charm supplied with a jump-ring (to thread onto a chain) as standard. Chains and alternative charm fittings can be added at additional cost below.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.

We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.

For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included. To ensure the ashes reach us safely, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending memorial ashes.

This design can feature a short personalised message on the back. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 1-2 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.

Each piece is hand made to order by our goldsmith, Melanie, who has over a decade of experience creating memorial jewellery. Our stated making time is an estimate from the date we receive your ashes and may vary during busy periods.

If you need your order by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please let us know in the “note to the studio” box at check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
