Our gorgeous Loved to the Moon and Stars Fingerprint Necklace beautifully captures your loved one’s unique fingerprint to cherish forever. A truly special fingerprint memorial necklace, each crescent moon is handcrafted from sterling silver with a 9ct gold star, creating a striking and meaningful design. The back of the moon can be engraved with a short personalised message, making this a timeless keepsake filled with love, memory, and connection.

Please note: Pendant supplied on a jumpring as standard (to thread onto a chain.) Print kits and chains can be added at additional cost below.

We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:

Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.

Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.

This design can feature a personalised message on the back. Choose your preferred font from the options shown below, or provide your own handwritten message to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 3-4 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving.

Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie — a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating beautiful fingerprint jewellery.

Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your fingerprints and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Once your jewellery is ready to dispatch, we’ll email to let you know. All orders are sent with signature required on delivery.
