An old favourite re-imagined, our Leaf Memory Cluster is a perfect keepsake of your little one. Featuring a handmade sterling silver leaf charm and little tag, together with a birthstone charm. The leaf can be engraved with a handprint or a footprint, and the little tag can be engraved with a name or date.  A perfect gift to celebrate a new baby, for Mother's Day, birthdays or anniversaries.

The cluster can be made with additional charms, perfect if you want to feature prints from siblings, or feature a handprint and a footprint. We offer our Little Luxuries charms in moon, star, disc, droplet, leaf, butterfly, heart and tag shapes, and it is possible to feature different shaped charms on the cluster. you can add additional charms to your order above. If you want more than the options given, then get in touch as we will be able to help.

If you already have handprints or footprints, simply upload them when placing your order.

If not, you can order one of our easy-to-use print kits to capture your baby’s handprints or footprints at home. Our kits are inkless, mess-free, non-toxic, and completely safe for delicate skin, making the process simple and stress-free. Each kit allows you to take multiple prints, so you can choose your favourite.

Once you’ve captured your prints, just take a clear photo of your chosen print using your mobile phone and email it to us at studio@holduponheart.co.uk. We’ll take care of the rest.

This design can feature a name on the front of the little tag. Choose your preferred font from the options shown below, or provide your own handwritten message to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 1-2 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving.
