This piece is entirely handmade to order in my Shropshire studio. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully made before dispatch.
DESCRIPTION
An old favourite re-imagined, our Heart Memory Cluster is a perfect keepsake of your loved one. Featuring a handmade sterling silver heart charm and little tag, together with a birthstone charm. The heart can be engraved with a fingerprint and the little tag can be engraved with a name or date.
FOR SIBLINGS
The cluster can be made with additional charms, perfect if you want to feature prints from siblings, or both parents. We offer our Little Luxuries charms in moon, star, disc, droplet, leaf, butterfly, heart and tag shapes, and it is possible to feature different shaped charms on the cluster. You can add additional charms to your order above. If you want more than the options given, then get in touch as we will be able to help.
Please note: Pendant supplied on jumprings to add to your own chain. Should you need a chain, these can be added at additional cost below. Print kits are also available below.

PROVIDING FINGERPRINTS
We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:
Alternatively you may choose our simple ink fingerprint kit (recommended for memorial prints or very young children). Scroll down to add a kit to your cart.
Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.
Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.
ENGRAVING
This design can feature a name on the front of the little tag. Choose your preferred font from the options shown below, or provide your own handwritten message to be engraved.
For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 1-2 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie - a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating beautiful fingerprint jewellery.
Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your fingerprints and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
