Simply e-mail your artwork to prints@holduponheart.co.uk after placing your order, including your order number and name. We can work with a simple photo or scan of your drawing and find that simple line drawings give the best results.

Please allow 3 working days for print kits to be delivered (UK only). International delivery can take 7-10 working days.
Once we receive your prints, we will need approximately 4 weeks to make this item, with the exception of White Gold pieces, which will take 6-8 weeks to make. If you need your order 2 or 3 days under the lead time, then simply make a note at checkout and where possible, we will do our best to help. If you need your jewellery faster than this you will need to pay for our Priority Service.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will e-mail to let you know. All jewellery will require a signature upon receipt.
