GEMSTONE HEART MEMORIAL ASHES CHARM

This heart-shaped memorial ashes charm is hand crafted in solid sterling silver by myself in my studio at Maws Craft Centre. A small amount of your loved one’s precious ashes is carefully placed within a concealed chamber inside the heart, hidden discreetly beneath the sparkling gemstone in a colourof your choice. For a final personal touch, the reverse of the charm may be engraved with a message of your choice, I can even reproduce your own handwriting should you wish.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.

We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.

For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included. To ensure the ashes reach us safely, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending memorial ashes.

This design can feature a short personalised message on the back. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 1-2 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.

Every piece of Hold Upon Heart jewellery is handmade by me, Melanie, a goldsmith with over a decade of experience specialising in memorial jewellery. Every piece begins in my hands and is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Your production time begins from the date your ashes are received in my studio and reflects the time, care and individual craftsmanship involved in creating your jewellery. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date close to the estimated production time, please leave a note in the "Note to the Studio" box at checkout and I'll always do my very best to accommodate you.

Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, we'll email you to let you know it's on its way.
