In the summer of 2012, surrounded by the beautiful Shropshire countryside, Melanie and Jeff created Hold upon Heart with a simple purpose: to create deeply personal jewellery that tells a story.
Capturing everything from your loved one's cremation ashes to unique fingerprints, your children’s hand and footprints to your pet’s pawprints, your hand-written messages and doodles to your favourite family snapshots. Our jewellery is more than an accessory — it’s a lasting connection to the moments and people closest to your heart.

and the love we experienced as parents, that inspired us to begin making jewellery. Our children have grown, our story evolved, but we continue to pour love into each and every piece we make.
Rich in sentiment, every piece of jewellery we create begins with a feeling or a memory. MADE WITH LOVE
Our jewellery is handcrafted in our workshop at Maws Craft Centre, nestled in the heart of the historic Ironbridge Gorge. Every piece passes through our hands, receiving the utmost care and attention to detail at every stage.
From the first drawings and hands-on hammering and sawing of precious metals, through to the almost magical art of polishing and the final careful hand packaging, each step is completed with care and attention. While this process may take a little longer, it ensures that every piece you receive carries the maker’s skill, care, and love — every single time you order.
