HOW TO ORDER
Hold Upon Heart is a small, independent business creating beautiful, made-to-order jewellery and gifts in the Ironbridge Gorge, Shropshire. We lovingly transform cremation ashes, fingerprints, baby handprints and footprints, pet pawprints, photographs, and children’s drawings into meaningful keepsakes to be cherished.

1. CHOOSE A DESIGN
We’ve been busy creating, so grab a cup of tea and enjoy browsing our beautiful jewellery. Once you’ve set your heart on a design, simply let us know your personalisation details using the drop-down menus. You can choose to add a print kit at this stage also.
When you’re happy with your selection, add it to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If you have any specific design requests, just add them in the “order notes” box at checkout.
2. PROVIDING PRINTS & ASHES
We can work with prints you already have, or you can request a print kit when placing your order. Our easy-to-use print kits arrive within 1–2 days. Once you have your prints, simply send us a clear, well-lit photo—your phone camera is perfect—to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your name and order number. We’ll confirm everything is suitable before starting your order.
For ashes jewellery, we’ll send you a simple kit after ordering so you can provide a teaspoon of ashes per item. Any unused ashes will, of course, be returned with your completed jewellery.
3. DELIVERY
All our jewellery is made to order and completely unique to you. Estimated making times are shown on each product page and will be confirmed once we receive your prints, photos, or ashes. During busy gifting periods such as Father’s Day and Christmas, making times may be longer, so we recommend ordering early.
We’ll email you when your order is dispatched. UK delivery is via Royal Mail and usually requires a signature. If you’re out, a card will be left so you can easily rearrange delivery.
We currently ship within the UK, and to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for international delivery and note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
