Experts in our field, we take your familys cremation ashes, fingerprints, baby handprints and footprints, your pet's pawprints, favourite family photos, super-cute children's drawings and more, and transform them into wonderful keepsakes to be cherished. Whether you are looking for a solid gold fingerprint necklace, to wear in memory of a loved one, for a silver baby hand and footprint charm, as a special birthday gift for Mum, or for a personalised keyring as a Christmas gift for Dad, we have the gift for you. CHOOSE A DESIGN
We've been busy creating so grab a cup of tea and enjoy browsing our beautiful jewellery and gifts. Once you have set your heart on a design let us know your personalisation requirements using the drop-down menus. You can request a print kit for fingerprints or hand & footprints, or a cremation ashes kit at this point. If you have any design specifications then let us know by adding a "note to the studio". One you are happy with your selection, simply add to your cart and enter our secure checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as paypal.
PROVIDING PRINTS & ASHES
We can work with prints you already have, or you can request a print kit when placing your order. Our print kits are super easy to use, and will arrive within 2-3 days of you placing your order.
Once you have your prints, all we need is a good quality photo of the print(s) you would like us to use, your phone camera will be perfect for this. Send your photos to prints@holduponheart.co.uk including your name and order number. For the best result, make sure your photo is high resolution and taken in good light. Once we receive your photos, we will respond to let you know all is ok before beginning work on your order.
For ashes jewellery, once we receive your order we will send simple kit to enable you to collect a teaspoon of ashes for each item ordered. We will of course return any unused ashes together with your completed jewellery.
MAKING & DELIVERY TIME

All our jewellery is made to order and totally unique to you. The estimate making time is given on the delivery tab of each individual product page. We will also confirm the making time upon receiving your prints, photos or ashes. At busy times, making times can increase so we advise you place your order as soon as possible at peak gifting times such as Father's Day and Christmas.
We will e-mail once your order is dispatched. Delivery in the UK is made by Royal Mail and a signature is usually required upon receipt. If you are out when the postman calls then a card will be left explaining how you can easily re-arrange delivery online. We are currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the complexity following Brexit. We are able to offer deliver to the United States, Canada and Australia - but remember to allow 1-2 weeks longer for shipping and customs, and be aware that you will be liable to pay any customs duty or tax arising as a result of importing your jewellery.
