OUR JEWELLERY

January 13, 2026 2 min read

Happy New Year everyone! It's been a snowy start to 2026 in Shropshire, the Ironbridge Gorge has been looking very wintery and beautiful and the heating has been cranked up high in our Maws Craft Centre workshop. We are back at work after the Christmas break and looking forward to getting stuck into several new collections which we have planned for 2026.

Dreaming up new designs is one of my favourite parts of my job, yet it has been a while since I've released new designs, mainly as last year I was busy creating my gorgeous baby girl - the feet in the photo belong to her 🙂. My baby boys now tower over me at 6 foot 3 so having a little person to look after again has been a bit of a surprise albeit a very happy one. Despite working with baby hand and footprints daily, I'd forgotten just how small and pudgy baby hands and feet are!

So 2026 is a year of new beginnings for me, both personally and creatively, and I'm looking forward to introducing you to my new designs over the next few weeks and months. To give you a flavour of what's to come, we will be introducing a small collection of Truecast jewellery, made using a direct mould of the fingerprint rather than engraved. This will be an organic collection of heirloom quality jewellery, built around the fingerprint as hero. In contrast to this we will also be introducing a carefully curated collection of stainless steel jewellery, alongside a new collection of lightweight precious metal jewellery, designed to be wearable daily and more affordable. These two collections aim to combat the unavoidable price rises of our existing precious metal jewellery, a challenge that will be inevitable for all jewellers globally, as gold and silver prices continue to soar. I 'm also designing a collection of gemstone and sea glass ashes jewellery, as well as introducing several new designs to our resin ashes jewellery collection. I have a few more collections floating around in my head but those are too much in their infancy to talk about yet! Looks like I will have plenty to keep me busy this year!
