I just like to thank you for getting the Pandora style fingerprint charm to me in time, so that my grandchildren could give it to their mum for her 40th birthday. We lost my mum last October and my daughter was very close to her Nan, so this was much appreciated by her. A very special charm with her Nan’s fingerprint and ‘Love Nan’ in her own writing engraved on the back. We are all so very happy with it.

I purchased one of these pieces for my partner for father's day. Our miracle baby boy was born in May after a very very gruelling and complicated IVF pregnancy. To say we never thought we'd have him in our arms is an understatement and we feel truly blessed (and are still pinching ourselves!). This gift therefore means the world. The team couldn't have been more accommodating, for which I'm incredibly grateful. I really struggled to get a decent handprint from our little one and they managed to muddle a beautiful print together from my 5 partial/smudged attempts! I had then ordered too late to receive it in time but they somehow got it to me, beautifully packaged, 2 days before father's day. Making an exhausted first time mum very very happy! The piece itself is stunning and looks amazing when worn too, my partner adores it. It has such a lot of meaning in so many ways and it truly couldn't be more perfect. My partner wanted a finger print charm of our son for her birthday so I went off and looked into it. I went on various web sites but finally decided on Hold upon heart, not because of any reviews that I read but because of the products they offered and the ease of the process they were offering. After ordering and sending off the finger print, which was very easy to do, I did start to become a bit dubious as to what I was going to receive back considering the cost. When it did arrive all fears vanished because it was stunning. I thought that the finger print was just going to be etched onto the surface of the charm but the indentation as if my son actually pressed his little finger into the metal is superb. If I had to put a down side I think it would be packaging. Everything is nicely presented but a proper jewelry box would be better, especially for such a lovely item, even if it was an optional extra that you paid for. I don't write reviews but I thought this deserved one. From start to finish, with regular updates via email, just brilliant. I know my partner is going to love it come her birthday. X

I just wanted to say, my order has arrived today and me and my stepdad couldn't be happier. I ordered this all excited, i thought a little expensive for what it was, but i'd give it a try, looked like it has good reviews online. My complaint is you clearly don't charge enough.
