RE-POLISHING SERVICE

If you have loved your Hold upon Heart jewellery for a while, and it's beginning to look a bit tired, then you can return it to us for a professional clean and re-polish, and we will restore its original shine and finish.
We are only able to offer this service on jewellery we have made. Please ensure you contact us for the studio address before sending your jewellery. We advise you use royal mail's special delivery service which offers insurance against loss in the post. Jewellery will be returned to you by special delivery, which is included in the re-polishing service price.
Our prints are captured using Laser Technology resulting in beautifully detailed, deep-set prints. Lasered prints will far outlast "imprints" in silver clay & frosted surface engravings.
Our jewellery is hand made in the U.K. using U.K. sourced materials. Established since 2012 we are specialists in memorial & keepsake jewellery.
All our designs are made to order and fully customisable. Handwritten messages can be engraved on most of our designs.
Wherever possible we use recycled, FSC certified or organic materials to make & package our products. Even the gold & silver used to make our jewellery is recycled.
