MEMORIAL PET ASHES CAT & MOON PENDANT

Our Cat & Moon Memorial Pet Ashes Necklace is a gentle tribute to the bond shared with a much-loved companion. Crafted in sterling silver and solid gold, the pendant features a silhouetted cat beneath a crescent moon — a quiet symbol of loyalty and enduring connection. 

Designed with a concealed inner chamber, the pendant securely holds a small amount of your pet’s precious ashes, creating a deeply personal keepsake. For a final meaningful touch, a short message may be engraved on the reverse — including your own handwriting if desired.

Please note: Pendant supplied with a jump-ring (to thread onto a chain) as standard. Chains can be added at additional cost below.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.

We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.

For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included. To ensure the ashes reach us safely, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending memorial ashes.

This design can feature a short personalised message on the back. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 2-3 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.

Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie — a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating meaningful memorial jewellery.

Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your ashes and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Once your jewellery is ready to dispatch, we’ll email to let you know. All orders are sent with signature required on delivery.
