Simply e-mail your photos to prints@holduponheart.co.uk after placing your order, including your order number and name. Your photo should be high resolution, and taken in good light. The photo will be relatively small, so close ups of faces work best.

Our jewellery is hand made to order by talented goldsmith Melanie, who has dedicated more than a decade to the design and creation of personalised keepsake jewellery. The making time stated is our best estimate and can vary according to workload.
If are hoping to receive your order for a specific date close to the estimated making time, then please let us know using the "note to the studio" box above. Wherever possible, we will do our very best to help.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will e-mail to let you know. All jewellery will require a signature upon receipt.
