Simply email your artwork or handwritten message to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after placing your order, making sure to include your order number and name.

You can send a clear photo or scan of your drawing — whichever is easiest. As our engravings are monotone, simple line drawings produce the best results (which is perfect, as children’s drawings work beautifully!).

If you’re unsure whether your image will work, feel free to send it over and we’ll be happy to advise.

This design can feature a short personalised message on the back. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.

Each piece is thoughtfully made to order and created especially for you. Our stated production time is an estimate from the date we receive your artwork and may vary slightly during busy periods.
