Simply e-mail your artwork to prints@holduponheart.co.uk after placing your order, including your order number and name. We can work with a simple photo or scan of your drawing and find that simple line drawings give the best results.
This design takes approximately 2-3 weeks to make, beginning from the day usable drawings are received in the studio. White gold pieces will take longer - approx 3-4 weeks. Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will e-mail to let you know. Our jewellery is sent by tracked delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt.
