This piece is entirely handmade to order in my Shropshire studio. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully made before dispatch.

All we need is a simple photo of your pets paw pad, taken on your mobile phone. We can also work with a photo of a paw print you already have, or can use a generic pawprint if you wish. If you already your photo then simply upload it when placing your order. Alternatively you can send your photo after ordering to prints@holduponheart.co.uk together with your order number and name.

Our jewellery is hand made to order by talented goldsmith Melanie, who has dedicated over a decade to the design and creation of memorial and fingerprint jewellery. The making time stated is our best estimate, beginning from receipt of prints, and can vary according to workload and during peak times.
If are hoping to receive your order for a specific date within the estimated making time, then please let us know using the "note to the studio" box above. Wherever possible, we will do our very best to help.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will e-mail to let you know. All jewellery will require a signature upon receipt.
