MOLTEN TAPERED FINGERPRINT RING

Our Molten Fingerprint Ring is a striking, tactile piece, designed to capture the unique imprint of someone you hold close. Forged in fire, each ring is textured using flame, creating a totally unique texture that can never be replicated. Your chosen fingerprint will be engraved on the inside, together with a personalised message should you wish. creating a subtle yet meaningful connection you can carry with you each day.

Please note, although we begin with the same tapered profile for each Molten ring, the process of melting the metal means every ring is totally unique. Each piece will broadly resemble the ring pictured, but will not be exactly the same. This is part of what makes this design special.

We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:

Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.

Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.

This design can feature an engraved message on the inside of the band. Choose your preferred font from the options shown below, or provide your own handwritten message to be engraved.

Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie — a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating beautiful fingerprint jewellery.

Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your fingerprints and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Once your jewellery is ready to dispatch, we’ll email to let you know. All orders are sent with signature required on delivery.
