This piece is entirely handmade to order in my Shropshire studio. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully made before dispatch.
DESCRIPTION
This memorial ashes textured ring with birthstone is handmade by me in my Shropshire studio, using your choice of sterling silver or solid 9ct gold. Each ring band is textured by hand to create a tactile, matt finish. The faceted birthstone sits in a classic tube setting, which will also contain a pinch of your loved one's cremation ashes. A short personalised message can be engraved inside the ring band, which is finished to a high shine. A memorial ashes ring for those who enjoy handmade jewellery with character that is that little bit different.

PROVIDING ASHES
Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.
We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.
For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included, allowing you to select the postal service you feel most comfortable using.
ENGRAVING
This design can feature a short personalised message on the inside of the ring. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved.
For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 2-3 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Every piece of Hold Upon Heart jewellery is handmade by me, Melanie, a goldsmith with over a decade of experience specialising in memorial jewellery. Every piece begins in my hands and is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
Your production time begins from the date your ashes are received in my studio and reflects the time, care and individual craftsmanship involved in creating your jewellery. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date close to the estimated production time, please leave a note in the "Note to the Studio" box at checkout and I'll always do my very best to accommodate you.
Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, we'll email you to let you know it's on its way.
