MOON AND STARS MEMORIAL ASHES CHARM

Our Memorial Ashes Moon and Stars Charm is designed to discreetly hold a small pinch of your loved one’s ashes. Hand made in our Shropshire studio, the charm is available in sterling silver or solid 9ct gold - a truly precious keepsake.

You can personalise your charm by selecting from 14 crushed opal colour options, which have that beautiful iridescent sparkle, or from our pearlescent flat white or flat black colour options. For a final personal touch, a short personalised message can be engraved on the back of the charm, we can even engrave your own handwriting for even deeper meaning.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a simple kit to collect a small amount of your loved one’s cremation ashes. The kit contains a biodegradable sealable bag and spoon, allowing you to gather the ashes with care and dignity.

We require approximately one teaspoon of ashes per item ordered. Only a small amount of ashes will be used, and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished pieces.

For your convenience, a return envelope is provided. Please note that return postage is not included. To ensure the ashes reach us safely, we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending memorial ashes.

We offer a choice of 14 beautiful crushed opal colours. The opal creates a stunning iridescent effect, as the tiny fragments catch the light and reveal flashes of rainbow colour. We also offer a flat black and flat white colour, which has a subtle pearlescent shimmer for a more understated look.

This design can feature a short personalised message on the back. Choose from the below font options, or provide your own handwriting to be engraved.

For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 1-2 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving. Remember to e-mail a photo of your handwriting to studio@holduponheart.co.uk after ordering, together with your order number.

Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie — a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating meaningful memorial jewellery.

Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your ashes and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
