This piece is entirely handmade to order in my Shropshire studio. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully made before dispatch.
Wonderfully tactile, this soft droplet charm perfectly cradles your loved one's unique fingerprint. Each beautifully rounded charm is handmade by me in my Shropshire studio. You can choose for your charm to be made in sterling silver or solid gold, available in yellow, rose or white gold.
A short personalised message can be engraved on the back of the droplet - I can even engrave your own handwriting if you wish, at no additional charge. This truly is a beautifuly fingerprint charm that is lovely to wear and fiddle with. It pairs beautifully with our sleek curb or trace chains , or you can easily add it to a chain you already have.
We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:
Alternatively you may choose our simple ink fingerprint kit (recommended for memorial prints or very young children). Scroll down to add a kit to your cart.
Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.
Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.
This design can feature a personalised message on the back. Choose your preferred font from the options shown below, or provide your own handwritten message to be engraved.
For handwritten messages, its best to limit to 3-4 words max to ensure legibility of the engraving.

Every piece of Hold Upon Heart jewellery is handmade by me, Melanie, a goldsmith with over a decade of experience specialising in fingerprint jewellery. Every piece begins in my hands and is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
Your production time begins from the date your prints are received in my studio and reflects the time, care and individual craftsmanship involved in creating your jewellery. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date close to the estimated production time, please leave a note in the "Note to the Studio" box at checkout and I'll always do my very best to accommodate you.
Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, we'll email you to let you know it's on its way.
