This piece is entirely handmade to order in my Shropshire studio. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully made before dispatch.
Simple, timeless, and deeply meaningful, this elegant disc fingerprint charm faithfully captures your loved one’s true fingerprint in precious sterling silver or solid gold. Carefully crafted to preserve every detail, the front features a beautifully engraved fingerprint, while the back can be personalised with a heartfelt message of your choice. For an even more personal touch, we can engrave your own handwriting, transforming words into a lasting memory. Alternatively, you may choose to have fingerprints engraved on both sides of the charm, creating a truly unique piece of fingerprint jewellery designed to be worn and treasured forever.
Please note: Print kits and chains can be added at additional cost below.
We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:
Alternatively you may choose our simple ink fingerprint kit (recommended for memorial prints or very young children). Scroll down to add a kit to your cart.
Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.
Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.
This design can feature a personalised message up to 10 characters in length on the back - choose from the below fonts or provide your own handwriting. To ensure legibility, it is best to restrict handwriting on our Little Luxuries charms to 1 word.

Every piece of Hold Upon Heart jewellery is handmade by me, Melanie, a goldsmith with over a decade of experience specialising in fingerprint jewellery. Every piece begins in my hands and is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
Your production time begins from the date your prints are received in my studio and reflects the time, care and individual craftsmanship involved in creating your jewellery. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.
If you need your jewellery by a specific date close to the estimated production time, please leave a note in the "Note to the Studio" box at checkout and I'll always do my very best to accommodate you.
Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, we'll email you to let you know it's on its way.
