FINGERPRINT STAR CHARM

Our Fingerprint Star Charm is a timeless piece of personalised jewellery, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the unique bond you share with someone special. Hand made in sterling silver or solid gold, each charm features a single fingerprint engraved in exquisite detail, transforming a precious moment into a lasting keepsake.

The elegant star shape symbolises love, guidance, and connection, making this charm a meaningful gift for life’s most important moments or a comforting way to keep a loved one close.

The reverse of the charm can be personalised with a name, date, short message, or even your own handwriting for an especially personal finish. Alternatively, fingerprints can be engraved on both sides of the charm for a truly one-of-a-kind design.

Please note: Charm supplied with a jumpring (to thread onto a chain) as standard. Alternative charm fittings, chains & print kits can be added at additional cost below.

We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:

Alternatively you may choose our simple ink fingerprint kit (recommended for memorial prints or very young children). Scroll down to add a kit to your cart.

Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.

Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.

This design can feature a personalised message up to 10 characters in length on the back - choose from the below fonts or provide your own handwriting. To ensure legibility, it is best to restrict handwriting on our Little Luxuries charms to 1 word. 

Each piece is individually made to order in our Shropshire studio by our goldsmith, Melanie — a designer-maker with over a decade of experience creating beautiful fingerprint jewellery.

Our stated production time begins from the date we receive your fingerprints and reflects the care and craftsmanship involved in creating your piece. During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, please leave a note in the “Note to the studio” box at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Once your jewellery is ready to dispatch, we’ll email to let you know. All orders are sent with signature required on delivery.
