We can work with fingerprints you already have, or with fingerprints taken at home using a pencil and sticky tape - follow the instructions below:

Each print is carefully resized to fit your jewellery, allowing us to work with prints from babies aged 6 months and over, through to adults.

Once you have your fingerprint, simply take a clear close-up photo and email it to studio@holduponheart.co.uk, including your order number and name. We’ll confirm receipt and begin creating your piece.

This design can feature a personalised message on the front, and a personalised message on the back, engraved in the below typefont.

Each piece is custom engraved to order. Our stated making time is an estimate and begins once we’ve received your prints. Please note that this may vary during busy periods.

If you require your order by a specific date within the estimated timeframe, simply let us know in the “note to the studio” box at checkout and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request.
