PRIORITY SERVICE

If time is short and you need us to make your order fast, then you may wish to upgrade to our Priority Service, in which case we will make and dispatch your order within seven working days of receiving your prints and/or all details needed to make your order.

Priority Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which should arrive the next working day from dispatch.

Not all of our products can be given the Priority treatment. Below are the exceptions;

1. Priority Service can not be used for gold jewellery or mixed metal jewellery.
2. Our Priority Service can only be used for UK orders delivered to a UK address.
3. Our Priority Service is not available in November and December ("Peak Period"). Should you choose this service but return prints during a Peak Period, then the additional charge will be refunded and our standard lead time apply.
4. Price shown is for one item only to be given priority.
