We just want to let you know that we are still here making and dispatching jewellery. We have always worked from our home studio, so staying home is a way of life for us already. We plan to continue much as usual, although we are running a bit of a tighter ship, as it's just myself and Jeff in the studio, whilst our other team members work safely from their homes.
There are a couple of things to bear in mind though:
We can't send jewellery to be hallmarked at present, as the assay office's have closed in line with government advice. Whilst we will still be able to make gold jewellery, we won't be able to dispatch it to you until it's been hallmarked.
We may need a bit longer to make your jewellery, as we are juggling making jewellery alongside caring for our three children, one of whom is disabled.
To help alleviate pressure on our local Post Office, we will be dispatching post on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. The lovely people from the post office are collecting our post for us, as we are staying home as our youngest son falls into the vulnerable category.
We will continue to make our jewellery as long as possible, indeed the Government advice is that online retail should remain open and is encouraged. We would like to thank you for your continued support, which is vital to our small family business.
That's all for now, stay safe and wash those hands!
