Ordering your instant gift voucher couldn't be easier. Simply add your chosen amount to your cart and checkout. We will e-mail to confirm your order has been received.
REDEEMING GIFT CARDS & RETURNING PRINTS
Once the recipient has taken prints, they simply need to place their order for their chosen design online at www.holduponheart.co.uk, and redeem their gift card by entering the unique code during checkout. Prints should then be returned referencing the order number received when they ordered their jewellery. For hand, foot and paw prints simply e-mail a photo or a scan of your prints to prints@holduponheart.co.uk, although you can return by post if this is easier. Fingerprints need to be posted back to us and we provide a reply-paid return envelope with the kit.

1.) Hold upon Heart gift vouchers are redeemable against any Hold upon Heart product.
2.) Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in one transaction, up to the value of the items purchased.
3.) Gift vouchers are non transferable, non refundable, and can not be exchanged for cash.
4.) For any transaction where the gift voucher has greater value than the goods being purchased, any change will be returned as Hold upon Heart gift vouchers.
5.) Gift vouchers will expire on the expiration date stated, being 12 months from the date the gift voucher was purchased.
6.) Gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
7.) Treat gift vouchers as cash in terms of security, gift vouchers can not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
8.) Gift vouchers can not be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
9.) Hold upon Heart reserves the right to refuse to redeem a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which it otherwise suspects to be affected by fraud.

Our prints are captured using Laser Technology resulting in beautifully detailed, deep-set prints. Lasered prints will far outlast "imprints" in silver clay & frosted surface engravings.
Our jewellery is hand made in the U.K. using U.K. sourced materials. Established since 2012 we are specialists in memorial & keepsake jewellery.
All our designs are made to order and fully customisable. Handwritten messages can be engraved on most of our designs.
Wherever possible we use recycled, FSC certified or organic materials to make & package our products. Even the gold & silver used to make our jewellery is recycled.
